TAE ALL COUNTY CHORAL FESTIVAL
Past guest conductors have included Ronald A. Nelson, Carl Nygard, Paul E. Oakley, Michael Murphy, Kenney Potter, Dr. Jeffrey Price, Kenneth Brooks, Steve Hopkins, Tom Shelton, Dr. Daniel Bara, Martha Weathers Youngwood, Dr. Scott A. Jarrett, and Julia Hubbard. During the festival, composers/clinicians in residence conduct rehearsals, an evening performance - open to the general public - and offer Professional Development Workshops through TAE for music specialists from area public & private schools and churches. TAE All County Choral Festival clinicians for 2008 are David Tang (high school festival) and Richard Keesler (middle school festival). Participants in TAE workshops are eligible to receive CEU credit for participation. Cabarrus County high school and middle school choral directors may submit members of their chorus for participation in this years festival. Dates - Oct. 20 - 21, 2008 For more information

year more than 300 singers representing 100 percent of Cabarrus
County public and private middle and high schools have the unique
and rare opportunity to work directly with and sing under the
direction of nationally renowned composers/arrangers/clinicians.
